SUB KUCH is an independently operated online shopping business based in Pakistan, offering a variety of products across multiple categories.

Our website and shopping services are available to customers in Pakistan.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices, and images displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However:

  • Product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or manufacturer changes.
  • Product packaging, colors, designs, or specifications may occasionally vary from the images shown.
  • Product availability may change without prior notice.
  • Minor differences that do not affect the functionality or general nature of a product may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information when necessary.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices on our website are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Applicable prices include 4% GST, where applicable.

We reserve the right to change product prices, discounts, promotions, and offers at any time without prior notice.

However, changes will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

5. Discounts & Promotions

SUB KUCH may offer discounts, promotional prices, and special offers from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions may be available for a limited period.
  • Promotional offers may apply only to selected products.
  • Offers cannot necessarily be combined with other promotions.
  • SUB KUCH reserves the right to modify or withdraw a promotion at any time.

6. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

Because we confirm orders through WhatsApp or phone call, an order may be considered confirmed after our team verifies the order and relevant delivery details.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where necessary.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any applicable request after dispatch will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Order Confirmation

Our team may contact customers through WhatsApp or phone to confirm:

  • Customer name
  • Phone number
  • Delivery address
  • Product details
  • Order information

Providing accurate contact and delivery information is the customer's responsibility.

9. Cash on Delivery

SUB KUCH currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD).

Customers are responsible for accepting and paying for confirmed orders delivered to the provided address.

10. Delivery

SUB KUCH offers free home delivery across Pakistan.

Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed, subject to successful order confirmation and courier operations.

We use courier services including:

TCS • Leopards Courier • Trax • PostEx

Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Open Parcel Delivery

SUB KUCH offers Open Parcel Delivery on all orders.

Customers may inspect their parcel before making payment, where supported by the applicable courier service.

Open Parcel Delivery does not eliminate the customer's rights under our applicable Return & Refund Policy.

12. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the applicable conditions.

Customers are responsible for keeping products unused and retaining their original packaging, accessories, tags, and other included items where applicable.

13. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses or repeatedly fails to receive a confirmed COD order without contacting SUB KUCH, we reserve the right to restrict or remove Cash on Delivery availability for future orders from that customer.

This helps us maintain reliable delivery services and protect against misuse of COD.

14. Suspicious or Fraudulent Orders

SUB KUCH reserves the right to cancel or decline orders that appear to contain:

  • False or incomplete information
  • Invalid contact details
  • Suspicious ordering patterns
  • Potentially fraudulent activity
  • Other information indicating that the order may not be genuine

We may contact the customer for verification before processing an order.

15. Availability

Although we aim to keep our products available as displayed, some products may become unavailable unexpectedly.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, SUB KUCH may contact the customer to discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation of the unavailable item or another suitable option.

16. Pricing or Listing Errors

We make every effort to maintain accurate pricing and product information. However, occasional technical or human errors may occur.

If a product is listed with an obviously incorrect price or significant information error, SUB KUCH reserves the right to cancel the affected order and notify the customer.

17. Intellectual Property

All original content on the SUB KUCH website, including our brand name, logo, graphics, text, website design, photographs, and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially use our original content without prior written permission.

You agree to use the SUB KUCH website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
  • Use the website for fraudulent purposes
  • Submit false or misleading information
